Hi,
Received new tivo box from VM last night. First one from them.
Plugged in, followed instructions etc, it did the updates, activated and when it rebooted it says
"The DVR has detected a serious problem and is now attempting to fix it. This will take about 3 hours"
I posted on the VM forum and comments were that an engineer visit is required which I have booked.
Just wondering if anyone had this issue? Is there any way to do a reset and start the updates again in case there was an error?
