Virgin Tivo has lost power?

Hi guys my tivo has failed, and does not starup, no lights come on. What do you guys suggest i do? virgin say it has passed its warranty? what to do?

i dont see the how the box can be past it warrenty.

virgin dont sell boxes, only rent them to you..

all you do is pick up the phone and say my tevodoes not work,i want a new box and credit for the time its been off,they will know how long its been off,unless you'v tampered with it lol.
the box was never yours from the start,always theirs.

Yeah when I had several faulty V+ boxes in the past,Virgin replaced them quite quickly....the only problem was you lost your recordings at the same time !
