I've got a Samsung J600 which was originally contracted to O2, I got it unlocked and started using my Virgin Sim in it, but for some reason I cannot recieve MMS messages, I've setup the Virgin MMS settings but all i ever recieve is a message from Virgin asking me to logon to their website and retirieve the message.

SMS is fine, it's only MMS that doesn't work, could this be due to the O2 branding?

Had the same problem myself m8,and just contacted my new service provider and they set it up for me and got the confirmation txts etc etc..Had tried doing it online myself but never worked..HTH

Done that a gazzillion times mate, it won't send me the confirmation message with the settings :(

dial 789 (customer services) and tell them you changed handsets and to send you settings through for picture messaging etc... they will send straight away m8 and will tell you what to do also.

I paid for Debranding software then logged onto the Virgin website and sent myself the MMS settings and it worked 1st time :)
