IMPACT in prototype test phase.

Start up company RoundsDownRange, have started testing their prototype Steam Box: IMPACT. (Due to a recent server outage they've lost a lot of their site content.)

Thinner than a Wii U, it will have upgradable, proprietary graphics cards. Currently 3 versions are slated:

A piece on the Forbes website states they are likely to launch ahead of Xi3's Piston, which is itself expected to launch in time for Christmas 2013.
