Got my Humax HD freesat box setup, updated to latest firmware, all channels working fine except the following:

- BBC News
- BBC Parliament

On these channels I get a 'No or Bad signal'

Signal/quality strength is > 80% and both channels work fine if I connect my old sky box up

Any ideas?

Thanks

these 2 channels broadcast on the txp.. 11.954.h.27500..2/3 from astra2a southbeam but you should receive them ok here in the u.k. check your lnb settings are.. lo-os, 9.75/10.6 and 22khz is on/auto. are you receiving other high-band txp,s ok?. eg.. movies for men+1/cbs reality. regards mdt

Just checked, you're right, movies for men+1 & cbs reality also don't work, same 'No or bad signal' message.

How do i check/change lnb settings?

sky mini dish I think. pic attached...

hi,have you tried a factory reset and then a fresh install? im no expert in these things but id say its either the receiver settings or there is a fault with the lnb. do you have a old s*y receiver to test the dish with? you could also try using another of the 2 spare lnb connections.its just a case of eliminating the possible causes. sorry i cant be of more help m8, regards mdt

No, you've been very helpful mate. I'll try what you suggested.
