hi guys , had my humax foxsat hd box for almost 1yr now , up until other day all was working fine , then had to unplug from mains
then noticed that wen i power it up from cold , it does the square box thing , then appl etc , then comes up with the time as 00:00 , and is on standby , when i press the standby button the box the does the squre thing again then goes to appl , then comes on channel box was last viewing .
if i put the box on standby overnight , wen itake it out of standby the following day it does it all again ie squre box thing , appl etc as if it booting from being powered down from the mains
im sure that it used to only do the appl wen first powered up , wen put on standby then taken out of standby just the square box thing as that is wat my mates does
just wondering wat i can try to make it behave as it should have already tried searchin for a new update but there is none atthe min and it is on the sep 2008 version at the min , and have tried a factory reset but its still the same
