Hey all.

I'm looking to spend 200 - 300 on an amplifier mainly to go with my main TV for home cinema. What's the most bang for buck I can get? I want to run 4 speakers in the high corners and a sub. I don't want to be wrapping speakers wires into the same holes ideally.
I've been looking at the Onkyo A-9010.

Thanks kids.

Cool stuff. Just got a new house and there's speaker wire plastered behind the walls in almost every room. o_O

The Amplifier you mentioned is only a basic Stereo Amp primarily used for Music only, if its Home cinema you should be looking at an AV Receiver with at least 5.1 capability.

Denon's basic one for £199 is a Bargain Denon AVRX520BT Black | AV Receiver | Richer Sounds

Richer sounds have a clearance section.Richer Sounds it depends on where you live though and they won't post these items.

Quality I think there's one in Leeds, not far.

Yes there is one in Leeds, it's the one I use. They will pay for your parking if you buy something , so take a photo of the pay and display ticket as proof.

That's frickin awesome but I usually dump car at wife's work and walk down or get the train.

I'm sold on the Denon above in all fairness. I can't wait to hook my zgemma H5.2s up to it.

Might need to rethink that if you buy a 'weighty' amplifier from them:questionmark:
HH.

Have you already got speakers? Assuming you want 5.1 some could deal on Yamaha and Onkyo AVRs

Hi,
I'm using the Yamaha RXV-581, full Bluetooth and I find that it's a great receiver. It has airplay as well as bluetooth, which I find helpful since I use some Apple products.

Check out the NAD C316BEE if you want a good sounding no frills amp for £249.
