Three are unlocking phones/dongles and ipads that are on there netork for free so you can use any other network simcard
you will need your IMEI of the device you wish to unlock, to get it
Type *#06# on your phone’s call screen to get your IMEI number. Write this down, as you’ll need it on the call.

If you are using the phone to call you wish to unlock call 333 then choose
option 2 and follow the instructions
if you are calling on a phone about another number ie ipad or dongle etc choose
option 3 and enter the sim phone number then choose
option 2 and then follow the instructions.

Apple devices.
If you’re unlocking an iPhone or iPad and you have iOS 5 or above, you’ll just need to insert your new SIM once we’ve either texted or emailed you.

If you’re unlocking an iPhone or iPad and you haven’t yet updated to iOS 5 or above, you'll need to connect your device to iTunes to complete the unlocking process. We'll send you a text or email to let you know when you can do this.

Or you can also use itunes as follows
This will work with any iphone 4, 4s and 5

all you need to do is put any other network SIM into it first.........then you'll need to connect your device to iTunes to complete the unlocking process.....

1)Insert a non-3 network SIM card. This must be a network provider who also supplies the iphone/ipad.
2)Switch ON the handset.
3)Connect to iTunes using USB cable
4)Use the “restore” option within iTunes (located at the bottom of iTunes not the top)
5)The handset may then display: USB cable and iTunes icon.
6)Disconnect from USB then re-connect
7)Synchronise device with iTunes
8)Once synchronised a message will appear on iTunes stating “Congratulations, your iPhone has been unlocked” If using IOS5 this message will not show
9)Follow on screen set up instructions to enable new carrier settings

Your handset should now be successfully unlocked.
