Hi Guys

I am trying to reset my box so I can sell on the bay , when I factory reset it still shows my old startup flash screens? How do I reset the box fully please?

Not just flash the box again with a stock image ?

was hoping I could do this without flashing ect………….
as it says factory reset I thought it would go back to standard

Flash image is only way to delete everything. Make sure you don't restore afterwards. Check storage device for backups too.

Factory reset does not really factory reset. It just deletes user files in /etc/enigma2
