You Favourite Retro Game (PC)

Wondered why this thread got resurrected, still never mind.

How about :- Tele Tennis, Pac Man, Frogger, Elite, Space Invaders.

After then, mainly just increases in speed and better graphics, lost interest.

Gives you some idea how long I've been around.

Zork for the really retro, Daggerfall for DOS, Duke Nukem 3D for DOS, SHUTUP for Unix (it was a locally produced game), Pigskin Footbrawl for DOS (American game, it was pure stupidity but I loved it), and Doom were all favorites of mine.

The original Half-Life. Nothing I have played matches the experience of playing Half Life back when it was first released.

Define retro! For me, Red Alert and Starcraft started me in gaming.

Commander keen!! I always loved the dizzy games though but was also a fps fan as a kid, loved games like corridor 7, wolfinstein 3d but my fave was probably duke nukem 3d because as a kid I loved the ultra violence profanity and of course the pixel boobies!!! roud:
