hi, im sorry for the delay, I have emailed royal mail, but I still haven't received a reply. I phoned local depot but was told not a great deal can be done as it wasn't registered he, said he would check their sorting place and get back to me,but haven't . only thing I can think of doing is saving up to compensate you. I am so so sorry, what can I do?

jeez..funny these were same photo's of what I bought and never received and nobody said a bloody thing, im a single mum who cant afford to loose money. but hay ho, ban me or whatever it is you do. ive tried my best to resolve, and my last pm message never even got replied to either
