Have you tried to unplugging it from mains for a hour or so and try again plus I'd check HDD if issue persists

My daughters 's boyfriend has just took his xbox one s back to Curries with the same fault. They didn't even check it and gave him a new one, it was only six weeks old..

If it was the old original version was there was an orange light on the power brick? Just curious.

yes orange light was on

the problem was a dodgy power brick got another one from Amazon and its works

now selling this (see my advert on here) as got the One S 1 TB version
