xbox keeps rebooting

Hi all,
I have watched a number of xvids with xmbc with no problems
but when i tried to play Lee evans xvid on my xbox
i got the sound but no picture so i thought i would check the settings
now i wish i had'nt
it was set to pal so i changed it to nstc-j i think
it said this would take effect when i rebooted the box so i did
Now all i get is the green xbox logo with microsoft underneath without a disc in.
with a disc in i get the same but the logo flashes off the on again in a loop
cant beleive changing that fooked me box.
If anyone has got any ideas i will be very grateful
on a plus side i converted the xvid to dvd and laughed me tits off.

Hi m8
I take it that your xbox is chipped because you have xbmc on it ?
If it is then did you try to boot it with a copy of the auto installer V2 disk
with this you can run the enigma program and change your xbox back to pal

A friend has given me a disc he mentioned something about a xbe file might have got corrupt
when i bootup it comes up with this

I can get to other drives but dont really no what to do next
any help would be appreciated.

All sorted got a switch disk
back up and running again
