WTD: PS2 Network Adaptor

Anybody have one of these lying around spare?

My PS2 is suffering from the dreaded Disk Read Error from time to time and need the adaptor to install a hard disk so that I can copy my games onto the hard disk before the thing gives up the ghost.

Let me know if you have 1 for sale.
