WTD:Dual Layer DVD Burner

Can anybody recommend a DVD burner, need one that can burn the Dual layer stuff.
Been looking around and there is that many for around the same price (Under £20) have'nt got a clue TBH. They all seem the same these days but obviously not....lol..

lol, they really are the best, You'll get a Pioneer 115 for around £16
This is currently the one I use, but I still have a Pioneer 110 that's still going strong.
