Wrong IP address on nanostation loco

Hi,

am trying to set up two nanostation loco 5g. When you power up the station over poe it is meant to give you a static up address of 192.168.1.20 but gives me an IP address of 257.197.347.890 & of course cannot connect to it to change settings. Anyone got any ideas please?

You sure that's the IP you've gotten? It makes no sense at all, as it can't go higher than 255 in any of the octets. Is the .20 IP already used on the network?

You're missing an octet at the end of IP. Have you setup ip ranges for things?

Cheers for reply m8, the person has taking them back & run an Ethernet cable instead, a lot easier.
