Wondering if its time to through out the Pannie 3500SD

Any way of using this receiver in the current environment? Its been sitting in a box for the past 4 years and cleaning up the basement. If this is dead then I'll chuck it out.

Any thoughts?

true fta use.
I don't use iks so I never kept up with what works for that.
If it has the signal beep function you could use it for dish aiming.
97w has radio channels still nagra2
