I installed Vista as a dual boot on a slave drive but later removed it

Now every time i boot up i get this message

"You have installed Windows NT into an existing Windows .3x directory

You have the option of migrating portions of your Windows .3x environment into

the Windows NT environment"

I then get two tick boxes for .INI files no matter whether i chose to add them or

cancel i still get the same message every start up

Any ideas TIA

can i ask why u did this
I installed Vista as a dual boot on a slave drive
and did u have xp pro/home on the master???
