thinking of getting the new version of wiinja for my newly aquired wii
has anybody any feedback on this chip on whether its goona work better than the first version
how easy is the wii to dissassemble? and is it a very finicky procedure to solder the chip on?
any feedback much appreciated on this

hi ive just installed the wiinja v2 and i was told its a lot better at reading the disks. as for fitting it was straight forward took my about 20 minutes for start to finish.

are the chips easy to source?
is there a disassemble tut anywhere?

i dont think you realy need a disassemble tut , just find a srew and take it out.
as for getting hold of a chip there is a couple of people in teeside selling them.

I heard the disassemble of the Wii was pretty fiddly, not seen any tutorials other than a video on youtube, but i'd always say you're better off having one at hand if you can incase you're unsure about something.
