Yes, you can enable the all region option using the config 1.3 disk for Wiikey.

HOWEVER....some NTSC updates can brick your console, so never do a firmware update using an NTSC game.

is this the wii i did the other night, or the one that had to be re-done and is on 3.3E?

i have set the machine to run on region free mode using the 1.9 config after updating to 1.9s

but if machine is running 3.3E then that freeloader disc won't work anymore.
