Why is the text flickering on start menu windows 11?

When i click onto the open start menu the text flickers

Unplugged keyboard just in case it was that , and updated my GPU drivers ?

Working fine in windows sandbox

Strange i turned all the setting off , then checked and everything is ok

Then turned back on and it's ok now even after a reboot
