Well done m8, was convinced it was Blackburn though.

I looked on a few sites for the answer and the blackburn top between 1890-1895 was very similar to that.

It's the very first Liverpool kit

the year is 1895 on the cap, we were formed in 1892

the rose on the cap is Lancashire, where Liverpool was classed as being at the time (?)

the big clue is 'Honest' John McKenna
