Who Doesn't Like Vegetables?

I forgot I like Butternut squash too. Thats awesome, and pumpkin. I guess I mainly hate greens. Or anything I aint mentioned. lol.

i'll eat any veg but way too lazy to cook them so i just buy frozen veg that u microwave, its why mums and single dads go to iceland lol

Frozen veg are better for you than fresh anyway micky, because they have more nutrients in them, by the time the fresh ones are packed, transported to the shops, bought and used they are days old, whereas the frozen ones are frozen within hours of being picked.

Although i prefer to steam them than microwave them, i use my microwave as little as possible.

Love all veg now but didn't until my late teens so theres still hope your daughters eating habits will change Evastar.
 
My daughter is quite a fussy eater and she hates vegetables.

Sounds like me lol that's why I'm a fat coont now pmsl! I'm kidding actually I am overweight but must be getting a ton of protein because my lower half is all uber muscle, and as it goes I don't mind carrots n peas in moderate doses but some stuff like broccoli n sprouts I cannot stand. Most veg I don't like, but some of it I don't mind in doses. I'm like that about absolutely everything in my life though not just veg, I enjoy most everything in my life in doses. Owt more than that and I start to get bored or pissed off with it.

But getting back to food though it's not my fault that the fatty foods taste so fecking good!! But it's totally my fault tho that I haven't got my arse on the track field yet though....

Dude I seriously dont eat any veg at all. Nothing, nada, zero! My diet consists of Chicken and Chips or Ham and Chips, with cooked breakfasts, and ice cream thrown in for good measure.

I am 5.10" and weigh like 9.5st soaking wet bud. I eat as much as I want when I want, veggies are for wimps. lol.

I also dont do exercise at all. I have recently had some health issues as you know, I have a slow heart, it beats around 45BPM, when I seen the doctor he told me I have the heart of an olympic marathon runner, and did I do a lot of exercise and stuff. When I said last time I broke into sweat because of exercise it was like 3 years ago, the quack nearly fainted! lol

Strange that man, very strange, mind you with the amount of crap I eat and when I eat it coupled with the lack of excercise in my life in recent years I should be Peter Kay fat or worse right now but I'm not, my legs are still rugby player muscly and I have broad shoulders anyway but yeah all joking aside I should be much worse than I am generally speaking and not just with the weight. So yeah it's weird how stuff like this works for some, then you get other poor sods that well yknow just cannot help it and unfortunately they are what they are but that's going off into another subject. I lucked out put it that way.....

On a more serious not though Raven mate, I am the same, and exercise dont inspire me. I would love to be buff and stuff, but I dont have the motivation to get up and go. Sometimes you need something to spurt you on like, before you can get to where you want to be.

That's what I was like with stopping smoking, in the end it took a large debt (for me) to pay off within 6 months otherwise incur interest....at that point something had to give and so I quit smoking, it was pretty easy once I'd committed to it beyond the first couple of days. I'd be lying if I said I don't love the smell of a lit cigarette now lol but I feel 200% better every single day for having stopped and I was never a heavy smoker compared to some I was only ever on 10 per day average. I guess it's all about the motivation.

Oh and m8....spurt you on? You been at the old youporn again haven't you ;)

Once you start exercising you kind of get into it, i spent half an hour resistance training then half an hour bums and tums class this morning, then an hour's brisk walk and am now gardening :)

It's just a habit, like any other!

And oh yeah, i had salad for lunch ;)

And I do resistance training 24/7....... I resist to do any training lmfao. xD
