which programmer

i am thinking of getting a programmer but don't know if i should get a cas3 or a dynamite plus.i was thinking about cas 3 because it can do cams aswell but costs more.does anybody know if i was to buy a diablo wifi cam in future when i get into sat side would it ever need a programer or would it just update on the net.

it just does it by wifi m8. think you would just download the latest files and send them to the cam via wifi.

Can I use my oasis 2 to watch channel 5 on my technomate 6900 with a valid card ?
