Which Dreambox ????

Hi Guys

I.m just about ready to upgrade from the tm8 , to a dreambox , any advice ?
I don,t want the top of the range yet, maybe beginners or mid range as i,ll have
a lot to learn and have to send quite a few posts . Will i need a cam or are they
built in. Also i,ll need a good supplier , non of the copy rubbish.

You won't go wrong with a DM500S. Small, simple and easy to use.

Then you could go for a DM600-PVR with built in hdd, or even DM7020 with bulit in hdd.

I,ll have a look see at the 500 s and see where i go from there. Do they hve multi
crypt cams built in or do you have to by one, also who,s the best to buy from?

they have a dreamcrypt cam built in, but once you have an image on the box and its connected to a router you can download software based cams that will read ANY card

Like i said before its gonna be all new to me, so the more info the better. I,ll start
looking round today to see whats on offer, any advice on where to buy one? I,ll also
when i get back off my jollies start reading through the stickies and posts.
