I get my CDR's from Aldi supermarket, 4 quid for a box of 10.

They are 80 min discs in jewel cases and will burn at upto 16x.

depending on how many you want scan do pritty good deals on there today only page, if you want if want to go cheaper you'll have to go to a comp fair you'll get around 100 cdr's 700mb for around £19 and £30 with cases.

If you want a few go with junglist, in eather cheap is not always best as you mey get more errors.

www.todayonly.co.uk at scan do good deals on memorex cdrs. If you are after cdr on spindles, watch for the sequence that they put them on the today only page. example: monday will be 74min memorex, tues 80min memorex, thurs is then usually 80 min precision crd on spindle and in boxes. These are exactly the same as the memorex but they are silver blue as appossed to the memorex having writing on the silver side (2x-16x). Never had any problems with burning audio, vcd, playstation at x10. 100 on spindle £19.95 exc vat.

I use the silver/blue cdr's all the time, I won't buy any other type now as I find them the most reliable, almost 100%. I use them mainly for audio but occasionally for data backup.

used to have yamaha had to buy quility cds for that eg hilips samsung all for about 70p per disk in a box of 10 from the local computer show now with my new plextor i can get away with the cheap ones like 100cd's for £24.
your best bet though is probley the super markets because there usally cheap there but they don't do them in bulk.

fao gazza. Look at www.computermarkets.co.uk. They have the same shows in scotland and also there are discount tickets.

fao jonny5. The datasafe are sh!t hot for burning vcd psx audio. The precision disks are also bob-on Using nero over the last 12 months with a 10x HP9300 i have burned over 1500 disk with no coasters!!!!!!!!1

The only prob i get is if i have any other program running at the same tine it slow way way down and somtimes crashes the burn, I checked out the discount vouchers for scotland but the secc show tomorrow is far closer to me.
