I made this post to save you guys making the same mistake I made and wasting weeks of wasted effort and money on the wrong Surfboard modem.
If you are ex Cable and Wireless then you are on a system called Euro-DOCSIS , and only a surfboard modem with and 'e' at the end will work in your area.
