what does discspan complalation mean

hi guys just downloaded a couple of roms but when i unpack then they come up has discspan compalation do you just copy the file to the sd card has i'v never come across this before or is there something more sinister...any help appricated......thanx...i'v now found out its todo with nero 10 the problem now is can u copy the said file straight to the sd card or if not how do i get round it ..thanx again

if the files you have unpacked are still .nds files, then you should just be able to put them on the sd card yes!!!
