What DNS setting

As title what DNS settings are you using ?
I was using the ISP settings (BT) and was getting slow respose at times
I'm now using 1.1.1.1 primary 8.8.8.8 secondary.
Any better options or stick with these settings?

Stick with cloudfair 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.01 stay away from google.

I'm using 208.67.222.222 primary, and 208.67.220.220 as secondary. Not having any problems.
