Weird sound

I changed an audio setting and now all voices are deep as though everyones' on steroids.
Tried changing back, there aren't many options, but still the same.

Has anyone come across this before?. Looks like a reflash if not.

Try another scart lead first mate. Never had this problem myself but try backing up your bouquets then do a factory reset to restore it to newly flashed state.If this fails then reflash is your next step.
