webstar epc 2100 problem

please can someone put me out of me misery...follow the tut for this to flash it but with no joy..i get to the point of pressing "D" but it just repeats "tftp timeout.can any body point out what i might be doing wrong..thanks...

tftp timeout from my experience is usaully network connection its either tftpd server is not connected to modem (no cable) or network card is not configure right check all connection and config to make ther right
