hello. i wish to create a website for a community group that i m part of. we wish to put the acivities that we do and etc.

the problem is i dont where to start. i have heard terms like domain, web host and so on and it is so confusing. beacuse the group is a chraitable group we cannot afford to pay anything for hosting and such. i have heard that there are free web hosts avialble.

Coudl some please tell me the step by step procedure of how i would go on about it.
