warrenty tags

hi i would like to know if any one knows where to get a warrenty tag for my pc, i had to take it off because my computer got messed up and needed repairing inside.

I hazard a guess you mean the "warranty void if removed" label.
If so don't worry about it just remove all traces of the old one with some alcohol (a broken seal looks dodgy... a missing seal looks like someone forgot to stick it on)
