Wanted...jtag+serial-scart schematics

hi guys, thx to gary for tmc link.what i'm after to speed thins up for me is schematics for serial to scart,and also for a jtag board. I know what your thginking, Mr tight ass but its more complicated thgough its true. lol
will take few days to come if ordered and i'm also impatient, also i have a techy father inlaw who's dieing to prove to me how easy and quick he can knock them out at work. fingers crossed guys.... any help apreciated..
