Wanted: Atmel Chip needed "AT90S2313"

Anyone got one of these chips hanging about, i have tried various places on the net but everyone seems to be sold out.

Getting difficult to get hold of these now as they are no longer made. You could try contacting someone like tmc or one of the other suppliers of Atmel based equipment. They may have some old stock somewhere
