How come u have a new modem m8,have u upgraded as when i went from 4 too 20 i had too have a new modem cuz me old one wouldnt except the increase in speed
no i had 20 meg anyway but i recently had internet problems which turns out to be my laptop after all but i called them to moan and they sent me a new modem
I'd switch over to the newer modem anyway. They mostly tend to be more reliable than the previous generation. Just keep your old one for backup purposes.
