VLC Question

Is it possible to start VLC minimized so it works in the background.

I have these start options:

C:\Programme\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe --extraintf=http

It currently sits in my start up folder.
I just want it to sit in my taskbar, not in the middle of my desktop.

Try this, not sure it'll work but try it anyway.

Right click...properties
Shortcut tab
'Run' pulldown menu....select Minimised...ok

EDIT: Just tested this and it worked fine on my pc.

Why did'nt I think of that in the first place.. I was to busy trying all kinds of application extensions to even think of the obvious!!
