Viva box hidden menu

Hi guys I'm new , and looking for advise thought I could do it as I'm a fire alarm engineer . I WAS SO WRONG . I have purchased a viva box thought I would go one better than a mate . But I can't get hidden menu to ccam 9999 does not work . Any tec guys out there please.

To enable or disable networking (hidden menus)

Goto Menu > Tools > Information > Press '9999'​

Adding sharing lines:

Goto Menu > Networking > On 'Type' choose 'dreamcamds'
On Server no. choose 1 (you can save upto 9 different sharing lines)
On Softcam choose 'CCcam'
Server - enter server address here
Authorization - enter login and password here
Save and exit​
