virus info?

hi i was just scanning my xp system useing updated pestpatrol and it found one from Multi prog.zip in multiprogV180setup.exe called win32 sandesa 11,
doing a google search says that its a TrojanDownloader to download from the net
has anyone else found this trogen or is it pestpatrol being a bit to keen?
