iv just got the basic 10mb same as you mate, this throtling has never affected me as i start my downloads at after 9 anyway, and just leave my computer on over night to do them, i only download hd films and the odd cd, and most mornings i come down whatever iv chose to download is always complete, dont see the need for these super speeds and paying fortunes for it tbh! especially if there now gunna start capping that too!

well i have only had it 2 months and a few problems withn dropout.
I am not a high user maybe 100 gig max a month but i like to get hd movies when i see them.
I am on a month to month contract so see if i get capped.
I am also away 6 month a yr and wife doesnt utilise it so i will kick up.

From the note, it seems the issue is not how much you are download but what time of day. I've downloaded over 500GB in a month, virtually all overnight and I've not ever heard from them.
