virgin update lost channel

hi my brothers box (pace 4010 on fun card )just took virgin update but he,s now lost rangers tv any info guys or will redoing card fix it

It could just be a local temporary fault I guess. Then again, redoing the card wont do any harm m8.

ive also noticed that i`m missing channels since the V.M update some porn and prem plus missing that ive noticed so far ive a pace DI4010_N ,i`m in the glasgow area does anyone else have this problem with the update,the porn channels are only available to me if i stick my pin number in...cheers ..
