Virgin blocked my IPTV?,

I've been unable to sign in for four days, my supplier has said everything's OK their end and suggested the usual rebooting the router and clearing the cache and date on the box but still no go, I've also paid for and installed ipvanish on the box and still can't connect, any suggestions appreciated,

have you tested on another network . dont think its virgin as if your using ip vanish then how could it be virgin
if your getting connected to the ip vanish server then i would suggest supplier .

Thanks, don't seem to have those options but it is a business account, I've taken the box round my partner's house and it's working fine so definitely a problem my end,

use a vpn mine has been blocked for 4 weeks, just started to work again today.
