View new threads

I know you can view new threads since your last visit, but that shows new threads in all forums. Is there a way to view new threads but only in a particular forum?

The way i do it m8 is goto "user CP" then "Edit options" and scroll down too "Forums too exclude from view" where u can choose wat rooms posts u can view
