Just book some winter sun in Sharm-el-sheikh. Egypt
Managed to get it from:

They were considerably cheaper that all the other I could find including
Lastminute etc etc Saved over £150 same hotel same resort.
ONLY £291 B&B in a 5* hotel in Egypt end November WOW.
