Hi my friend is with Vermin and his phone line is dead so he can't report the fault.I offered to phone 150 from my phone and report it for him but they think it's my phone at fault.Have any of you guys experienced this problem? and how do you get around it?. Thanks.

I don't have Virgin phone so dialled 0345 454 1111 to report a fault I had last week. If you're mobile isn't registered with them use that, otherwise your mate will likely have to use a public or non Virgin phone
