Hi, anyone use vectone mobile? I put £10 balance on my account and used £5 for one month service. Auto topup is off but they took the second lot of £5 from my account.
Also referred a few people and they have activated their accounts but no referral bonus.
Logged 2 separate support tickets, replied about 6 times using the automated ticket number and no response. They say "A customer service agent will respond to your email within 24 hours" but clearly not.
