I bought a second hand Vauxhall Vivaro Van and the radio is in safe mode and says i need a code to unlock
My radio serial number is GM020241747193

Can anyone help?

one way is to read an eeprom within the radio but this requires hardware and software
best bet is to take it to a local radio decoding service
you may get it from serial from a web paying web site
