Vaux Insignia gear problems

Hello Guys

I have a 17 plate Insignia , In the mornings i can barely get it into first gear or reverse when engine is on but is fine when engine is off plus after 5 mins or so the gears are fine again?
Any ideas.

Just a quick update went out this morning and moved pedal back up with foot a few inches and car went straight into gear so seems to be dropping slightly overnight?

Is it a hydrolic clutch, if so it may need bled

There is often on of the hydraulic cylinder seal broken.
Is it better if you pump the pedal a lot of times?

After i pulled it back with my foot it seems to have been ok since, so strange
