uses for a ps2

ive accquired a ps2 with out any controllers or pwr lead,i think
the lazer is fubar,if i get this sorted what uses does it have other than being a games station and a dvd player,bearing in mind im not a gamer or nowt

It'll can be an excellent door stopper but if you want the best Door stopper on the market then your really ought to consider a PS3.

You could make a few bucks from it, strip it and eBay it for parts, if you can be arsed.

You could use it as a miniture Ironing Board.

you can install an HDD if it is the old, fat model and run linux etc.

But you mention the laser is U/S? So there really isnt much point...

You'd need a case mod to make a lunch box, one of those pre made flip lid kits would be ideal.

I've got a couple of PS2's in the shed, I think I'll give one a new lease of life as a Jewelry Box and the other as a piggy bank.

I just made a mini ITX pc out of mine.

Still need a dremel for it though. So you might as well make the lunchbox...
