upgrade help

hi everyone ! has anybody any ideas how i upgrade software on my kkmoon 8channel dvr ? when i connect it via ethernet cable after a short time it goes black and a notice saying upgrade required any help is appreciated thanks

had a look but cant find my firmware on the list 1.2 or 3 tried pressing link to leave message but nothing happens screen goes white any other help needed

hi everyone after weeks and weeks of searching for a solution to my problem with the upgrade message that keeps appearing on my dvr and stopping me viewing the cameras online a solution was found and quite simple to be honest i was informed by a company that a simple changing the password on the device solves the problem and after a couple of days its actually working great now PROBLEM solved cheers all for all your help
